Services
One service: the stakeholder ecosystem.
Every project lives inside an ecosystem of people: the investors who fund it, the community it touches, the managers who run it and the lenders and bond buyers who finance it. The firm works on that ecosystem as one living system, to find the ways a client can have a positive impact within it, because positive impact lowers the risk to the project, and a risk found and mitigated raises the impact. Investor relations, stakeholder relations, management consulting and sustainable finance are not four offers. They are four faces of the same work, and each one informs the others.
How an engagement runs
Map it. Measure it. Verify it. Keep it current.
-
Map
The firm establishes who is in the ecosystem, what each party stands to gain or lose, and where trust is thin, starting with the people affected. The map is the foundation everything else sits on.
-
Measure
The impact and the risk between the parties are measured in the environmental, social, governance and financial dimensions, from the parties’ own accounts and from the data: public records, disclosures, satellite observation, sensors and markets.
-
Verify
The record is made to hold up with an investor, a regulator, a community or a lender: it shows its sources and its dates, and no one can quietly change it.
-
Keep current
The ecosystem changes, and the record changes with it. Where land is involved, Druid OS keeps the record current from public satellites, with the owner deciding who sees what.
The four faces
Where the one service is felt.
-
Investor Relations
Investors have learned to doubt sustainability claims. A claim with verifiable data behind it is a different thing: it tells the richest story a business or a financial product can tell, and it survives the questions that follow. The firm builds that record and helps the client present it.
-
Stakeholder Relations
Stakeholders span the environment, society and government, and they change over time. Alliances, a social licence to operate and harmony with the environment all require the same things: sensitivity to the issues, good data and an ear to the ground. Nothing replaces the human connection; the firm brings the data and the method to it.
-
Management Consulting
A roadmap to resilience starts with data a company can trust, monitored, measured and managed. Advanced analytics can then do their work, and the right processes and frameworks change how the company runs, toward high impact and high return.
-
Sustainable Finance
Green, social and sustainability bonds all rest on third-party, verifiable data and clear metrics. The firm advises on the data and the metrics that an issuer and its investors can both rely on. It does not arrange or place the financing.
-
Putting Druid OS to work
Druid OS is the record of what a piece of land produces, kept by its owner, who decides who sees it. Putting it to work is human work: adding the fields and the people, training the people who will use it, and setting up how a cooperative or a Nation decides who may see what. A readiness assessment, on a fixed fee, establishes first whether and how it applies.
Every engagement is priced before it starts, as a fixed fee or by time, and never as a share of any result.
Areas
Sustainability, in six notes.
Environmental, social and governance factors. Corporate responsibility. Responsible investment. Impact investing. Sustainable finance. Foreign aid. The six notes are under Learning.
How we work
Three rules a client should know.
-
No success fee, no commission
On anything that touches a Druid measurement, the fee is fixed or by time. It never depends on the number, the outcome or the size of a deal.
-
One role per piece of land
The firm does not advise one party and verify for the other on the same land. Its role is settled in writing before the work starts.
-
No arranging of investments
The firm brokers impact and risk between stakeholders. It does not arrange, place or advise on investments.
